Returns & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return or refund:

• You must record a clear unboxing video immediately upon receiving the package.
• The video must clearly show:
  • The sealed package with shipping label
  • The unboxing process
  • The invoice/bill inside the package
  • The damaged or incorrect item
